Such a very cute off the shoulder sweater! This is the Roped Passions - Off Shoulder Snowflake Sweater Dress Hudded. There are different trim options and even a solid colors option in various colors. So you can use this year around. Very cute and short! So you are gonna need those thigh highs to warm your legs!
