Anachron has plenty of room for you and your fellow role players. This is the Guild Hall Building from
Anachron and it has two floors and chandeliers are included. There are two entrances and plenty of windows for light.

Medieval Fantasy Fair '16 until July 31st. The Guild Hall has a 30x30 footprint, is all mesh and 215 prims.
