#807 - Daily Meditation

I am in awe at the Fairelands this year as I am every year. So much to see! So much to do! I love being there while it is happening and I love spending as much time there as possible during the short time we have them available. So when I find a quiet spot to meditate, it's like heaven!

Greeting the hot sun to get my mind ready for the rest of the day is a priority. And this spot on Khol Dracys was perfect. High up in the tower where the baby dragons fly near their nests. I am way too small to be a threat to them. Hopefully, Mom isn't around, but there are plenty of places to hide too! I should be safe.

Time to get this meditation going in this beautiful place!

Why would you need a Zen Garden? Well, it has its benefits. It's meant to help keep you connected to your spirituality, and if you are a spiritual person, this may be one of your goals. It can be a reminder of your spirituality and can help you make it through the rest of the day. Or help you to relax after a long day, if that is the case.

All the pieces are seen here, with one duplication of the bamboos on either side (but it is copy) of me. This is the {zfg} Home Ohm Zen Garden. Swank runs until Jan 31st. Then it will be in the store. You can buy separate pieces or the full set at the event. Come and take a look at the display and then you can pick it up and take it home! The cushion includes one pose for meditation. I love it as the newest addition to the yard. A nice quiet place to sit and focus.
