It can be a reminder of your spirituality and can help you make it through the rest of the day. Or help you to relax after a long day, if that is the case.
It can help you focus, stimulates creativity, promotes relaxation and stress relief. Besides it being a beautiful part of your garden. A place to get away and take time to care for yourself!

All the pieces are seen here, with one duplication of the bamboos on either side (but it is copy) of me. This is the {zfg} Home Ohm Zen Garden. Swank runs until Jan 31st. Then it will be in the store. You can buy separate pieces or the full set at the event. Come and take a look at the display and then you can pick it up and take it home! The cushion includes one pose for meditation. I love it as the newest addition to the yard. A nice quiet place to sit and focus.
