#798 - When the Thirst Grips You

 

If you entertain the Thirst, it will pull you in. Many times it is overwhelming and takes over. It draws the curious, taunts of a longer life and once you accept it, it is very hard to satisfy! Yet so gratifying! So forgive me while I wind down from fulfilling my Thrist. It takes time to pass.

All you see here (with a few exceptions) is from the New Main Store Mega Release at [Glam Affair]. The new [Glam Affair] Jezebel skin. This is the Sand tone. This is a Bakes on Mesh skin, includes brow and body shape too. The ear shading and veins are part of a collaboration effort with Heaux, which has created a fae skin and the dark fae features include the ear layer that matches the skin tones from [Glam Affair]. There are also hairbases and a hair available in collaboration with Tableau Vivant.

A large collection of makeups and tattoos are also new releases along with the Jezebel skin. The face makeup seen here, eyebrows, eyelashes, eyeliner, lipstick and lip blood are all parts of the new release. There are Mystical and Vampire Makeups, two Lipstick palettes, 7 eyebrow sets, 3 eyelash sets and face scratches too.

This is intended to be a vampire skin and is offered in 6 of the new skin tones from [Glam Affair]. Please note, this skin and the cosmetics and hairbases will only work with the Lelutka Evoloution X heads, so be sure you have one of them before purchasing this skin set. The head shape and brow shape were made using the Lelutka Evo X Ceylon Head, but here I am showcasing it on the Lelutka Evo X Briannon Mesh Head using both the head/body shape and the brow shape with no edits on the face.

#488 - The Final Days of the Rainbow Connection Cart Sale & Hunt!

These are the final days of the I Heart the Cart: Rainbow Connection Cart Sale and Hunt. I have a few items to show you perfect for your bedroom. I am using the Lamp*Light - Clear Rain Skybox. Also available at the cart sale until July 31st.

Here is my little sleeping sanctuary. A quiet spot for me to rest.

#482 - The Creative Spark - Tropical Sunsets Bring the Islands to You!

The current theme for The Creative Spark is: Tropical Sunsets! And what better way to bring the islands, the beaches and the soothing breezes through the palm leaves than to add those to your decor around your home. Some tropical to remind you of the finer things in life....Ahhh! I can already feel the stress rolling off of me!

Here are new mesh full perm items from Lunar Seasonal Designs - Tropical Palms Frames and, the Two Palms Nano and Two Palms regular. Both are full perm and come with the AO & UV maps so you can texture them yourself. I created a sort of a border to go around the whole room. They would probably look great against some brighter colored walls. I've only placed them against the black wall paper to make them stand out a bit more.
Each of the Tropical Palms Frames have been textured using textures made for this round from Timeless Textures. The first one on the left has the Mermaid Coral Seamless Texture set, the second the Mermaid Blazing Sunset texture set and the third has the Mermaid Golden Sunset Texture set applied to it. All these sets are very shimmery and come in bright and pastel colors. All of them are seamless textures too.

#481 - My Colorful Creative Space - (I Heart The Cart) Rainbow Connection Cart Sale

I was having some trouble getting started writing and so I decided just to sit and listen to the rain. The rain coming down is a sound I love and it tends to relax me (if it is not torrential!). So I sat and gazed out into the space in front of me hoping to get some kind of inspiration. The kind that just grabs you when it comes, like the "Ah ha!" moment. Or I guess I should say when the light bulb turns on.

So I sat in the room and concentrated on the rain. Extremely relaxing. Seems like a waste of time? Oh no, on the contrary, it always helps out a lot. I get to a calm, quiet, rested state and then I can let my imagination run wild. Or calmly go about my writing, or whatever I may need to get the writing to begin flowing!
I am sitting in the Lilith'sDen - Connected Triangle Chair - with Paint Brush, which is a hunt gift in the Rainbow Connection Cart Sale & Hunt! Shortly after sitting inside for a bit, the rain came down more steadily so I moved to the porch. I love sitting outside, under cover of course, watching or listening to the rain, reading a book, or in this case, having a drink! Here on the porch is a favorite plant of mine, the Bird of Paradise in a Quirky Planter - Pride by [SP] (Sour Pickles). And, this matching Adirondack Chair and Table in *Twilight*, lovely dark blue and purple wood are from Love Everlasting. The Party Lantern Clutter in the corner is from The Artist Shed. All this and the Lamp*Light Clear Rain Skybox can be found at the Rainbow Connection Cart Sale until July 31st. The Clear Rain Skybox has one open room, the porch and a spacious bathroom. It is 44 prims land impact and has falling rain (with sounds) on the porch and in the rear window.

Here you see some home decor, all of which reminds me of the ocean or the beach! Where I'd love to be right now! The furniture seen is the Athy Designs - Mesh Lazy Day Chair, Palm Plant and Table. The chairs come with tropical print pillow and quite a few male and female sits. They are all copy too.
