I finally got myself a nice Roaring 20s look! All from the Twisted Sockdolanger RFL Event this month. I am loving this outfit, shoes and jewelry set! All ready for the party to held later today.

The Maraschino - Lois Dress is the Exclusive for the ladies at the Twisted Sockdolanger RFL Event. There are very nice formal suits as the Exclusive for the men there too! The Lois Dress comes in 5 colors to choose from and in sizes for both mesh and classic avatar bodies. Sizes for the Bellezas, Slinks, Tonics, Ocacin, Maitreya, TMP and Standard Mesh sizes too. I am wearing the Gold color Lois Dress on the Slink Hourglass body.

The shoes are the Beyond Persuasion Designs - Midnight Tomato: Hazel Heels, which is one of the Exclusives from Beyond Persuasion Designs. They include sizes for the Belleza, Slink, Maitreya and Tonic high feet. And they have the Twisted Cube on them too! A fun and stylish memento from this round of Twisted Events.

DEKUTE DEKORE LIVING ROOM SETS - BUCHANAN & CARRAWAY

There are some nice furniture sets at the Twisted Sockdolanger RFL Summer Sale and Mini Hunt. And in the Twisted color of Sepia and variations thereof. Here are a couple from Dekute Dekore. They are the Buchanan Living Room and the Carraway Living Room. They both include the Sofa, Chair, Side table and Coffee table. The Carraway Area Rug is separate and is tintable via a menu and the Tall House Plant is also separate from the sets. It is in a Twisted Cube Patterned pot. Which made it and the rug irresistible to me!

The makeups here are from you know whoooo! *Booty's Beauty* and are new or recent releases except for the brows, which have been out a couple months and I still love them! The *Booty's Beauty* Catwa (Omega available too) brows ~ Punk Pixie are nicely shaped and come in many colors on this hud. Both natural and fantasy colors are included in this one hud! Which is great! I can make the brows the color I'd like to have if I want a different look from the skin. If that is possible with a browless skin option, not all skins allow for this. These are available in both Catwa and an Omega version so it can be used on many different Omega compatible mesh heads. #451 - What fairy? I never saw a fairy...

I happened across a place that looked quite comfortable to sit and take a load off. It was occupied though. I can't say by whom, but I was able to sit and rest a while! *smiles* Like I wanted.

**MISTIQUE** FAIRY TREE SEAT BLUE & SINFUL NEEDS REVERIE FEMALE SKIN AMETHYST 

This is the place I found to sit. It is the Mistique - Fairy Tree Seat Blue. Quite comfy and pretty with its soft pastel colors. You can hang it from the attached vines, here it is hanging from a large flower that is unseen, but also available at the Fantasy Faire. This Fairy Tree Seat also has 9 poses to choose from. There are also more matching furniture pieces from Mistique too. There is a Fairy Leaf Bed and Boat to match. You will find Mistique on the Willows of Nienna.

The skin you see here is an RFL 100% donation from Sinful Needs. This is the SN - Reverie Female skin - Amethyst. This skin has Omega and Slink appliers included with it along with system skins, shape and brow base. This is just one skin tone, there are 9 more! And there is also a male versions too. You can purchase this single tone alone or purchase the fatpack for all the skin tones. Be sure to look for the Fatpack vendor if that is what you want. You will find Sinful Needs on the Severina sim.

Also seen here are the Cerridwen's Cauldron - Chalice Flowers RFL Edition (Short Stalk). There are 3 sizes in this package, a short stalk, tall stalk and a Wall stalk. All in the RFL purple as seen in the above picture! SOUL - NIPPERS - ORC, DARK PASSIONS - DEMON CALLER NAILS & BANANA BANSHEE - FAELYN EYES (FATPACK 1 - LIGHT)

Here you see the new .:Soul:. Nippers - Orc mesh teeth. These have lots of options for the teeth themselves as you can see above mine are blood stained. There are many options for the top and the bottom separately. And quite a few options for the gums too. And there are the Needles, Chompers and Vampire versions out too! So not just one set but many sets to choose from. These are only at the Fantasy Faire until April 29th. You can find .:Soul:. on the Atherea (not sure if this is working yet) sim. These bright eyes you see are also at the Fantasy Faire. The Banana Banshee - Faelyn eyes fatpack 1 - Light and they are a 50% RFL donation. #303 - Preparing For The Ball

The final Masquerade Ball is coming up soon (among other dances/events) and I needed to try on more gowns to figure out one to wear and I came across two more beautiful gowns. One from ~JMK~ and one from Spyralle! Now as you've already read, there will be a Masquerade Ball and other DJ Events, but you can also find so many other things to do here at the Unmasking A Cure Medieval Faire. There are tournaments in Archery and Jousting, an Obstacle Course, Horse Riding around the faire grounds on some of the very finest of horses you've ever seen! Tournament information can be found on the UACMF Tournaments & Events Schedule. And lots of shopping with exclusive items found only here at the UAC Medieval Faire! And time is running out! The faire ends on June 18th so don't miss out. Now, on to the gowns!

SPYRALLE ELYS PURPLE

The Spyralle - Elys Purple is just one of many colors in this gown you can choose from in their shop at the UAC Medieval Faire. I am also wearing the HHVET Victoriana - Peaceful Harvest Necklace. #292 - Remembering Those We've Lost And Those Still Fighting

FOLKLORIC [F] ASHARA'S DRESS (GOLD & SEAFOAM)

There are many areas to explore at the Medieval Faire, but one in particular is very beautiful not just because of it's scenery, but because of it's meaning. The Hope Garden. Whether you go here to remember those you've lost or to hope and/or pray for the best outcomes for those who are struggling and living with cancer, it is a very peaceful area of the Medieval Faire. There are benches around to sit and take in the sights around you, or sit and pray or send good thoughts and vibes to those who are living with cancer. Those in your life, in friend's lives, or just in general all those who are living with a cancer diagnosis and/or those whom we've lost. 

The butterflies flutter softly around the Hope Garden among all the flora and fauna. There is a waterfall across from the deck as you enter the garden. I donned this full length gown from Folkloric, the Ashara's Dress (outfits for the menfolk too!) and the matching Circlet, and decided to visit the Hope Garden today to do some reflection and meditation. This dress comes in two color versions and there are demos in the Folkloric stall to try before you buy.

I myself live with a breast cancer diagnosis and although I don't really try to think too much on it, I do still often pray for continued improving health for myself and those I know who are living with their diagnosis. And it is during the quiet moments of the day that this comes to my mind to remember to do this. Our lives are so hectic and busy and technology keeps us constantly connected, so places like The Hope Garden help me to slow down and remember to ask for continued strength and improving health as I continue on my journey. Why not visit The Hope Garden at the Medieval Faire to slow down a bit and reflect on whomever might be in your life that needs your prayers and well wishes?

FOLKLORIC - THE HUNTSMAN (NAVY)

Meanwhile, the man was out checking out the arenas on the fairegrounds to see what if any challenges they presented. This is the Sword Melee Arena which is on the Activities Sim at the Medieval Faire. You will have to do some climbing to get to this area which is behind the Jousting Arena and up the hill after crossing the horse track. I wonder if I will hear his thoughts on the area when he returns? He wears a Navy blue outfit called The Huntsman which is also from Folkloric. There are two color versions of this outfit for men and they come with both hood up and hood down versions in each package. There is a demo to try before you buy as well.
As seen above, there are more activities around the faire that you may not know about, Jousting, Horse races, Archery and more. There is a rather large sign showing all the scheduled activities that will be happening during the faire and you can also see it on the Tournament Schedule found here. There is also a Schedule of Events at the faire.

LADY MCALISTER OF SKYE DRESS BY MACMORAGH AN GABHA

I was out taking a stroll around the faire grounds and found my way to the Tavern in the Cave. But, before entering I had to stop and take in the view near the water's edge and gaze at the ruins not far from the mainland.

This dress, Lady McAlister of Skye, is from MacMoragh an Gabha. It comes in 5 Standard Mesh sizes and is shown here on the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body. The skirt is a beautiful red plaid with a brown inset in the front, the underbust corset is a dark tealish green and a peasant top in cream (all one piece). You will find it here at the Unmasking A Cure Medieval Faire (Opens May 19th). This purchase is a 100% donation to Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society. RFL of SL is a part of American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life fundraising.

#88 - Glorianna the Glorious Looks Over the Village of Dangarnon...Exclusive Items!

The Lady of  Dangarnon emerges from her castle tower to take in the night air of the village. This is about the only time she can come out of the castle without being approached by some of the beggars who call this place home. They should be in their corners and tents hidden out of sight off the streets and in the darker corners of town. She wanders about half way down the stone pathway from the castle and stops to take a puff of her pipe and look around into the darkness the envelops the run down little village. In the distance she hears the voices of those who are enjoying some ale in the nearby tavern. How interesting that seemed to be. She lives a sheltered and quiet life of solitude in the castle with the rest of the noble family. 

She stands and gazes at the night sky and puffs on her pipe, its glow barely lighting up the night at all. She stands and entertains herself by blowing smoke rings and yet keeping watch on the walkway so that no one should come up on her unexpectedly. Even though, its very quiet in the castle, who doesn't want to get out every now and then?

THE GLORIANNA GOWN BY ANACHRON

The Wizard Smoking Pipe is one of two Exclusive Relay offerings from Anachron. It has animations for Male & Female avatars, and a HUD for the smoking and movement of the pipe to and from the mouth. The speed of the movement can also be adjusted. There is an exhaler attachment for the smoke included with which you can blow smoke from both the nose and the mouth or, one or the other, and smoke rings are also an option. 

PIPE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE FANTASY FAIRE

The Glorianna Gown is the second Exclusive Relay item from Anachron. This very luxurious gown comes in Belleza, Slink Physique, Maitreya and standard mesh sizes. And when I say Relay items, that means when you make this purchase (any purchase from a Relay for Life Vendor), all the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society. Both the Pipe and the Gown are available only at the Fantasy Faire on the Dangarnon sim. After the Faire is over, these items will be retired. So grab them now!
