#863 - And a Hunting We Will Go!

This month there are a couple of hunts that I know about. I know there are many more, but here are just a couple. First, the Roped Passions Everlie Autumn Dress is a hunt gift in the Fallen Leaves and Frost Hunt.

#862 - Blending In

It's nice when I can just blend into the background and people watch, or just enjoy nature. The leaves on my prettiest tree in my RL yard are all gone now and on the ground, so I am living thru SL being among nature and not having to worry about the cold! Or any worries for that matter. Just being is great!

These are Bakes on Mesh skins so just throw it on and you are ready to accessorize! And speaking of that, I did not add anything to this skin except the brows, which were needed. I think she's beautiful without the extra makeup! I am wearing bodypaint that is from RYL at a previous event, so this bodypaint is in the store now as part of an outfit I blogged in the last post.

I happened upon the PRIDE At Home event Sunday night and wow, were they partying! Excellent DJ and friendly people are always great! So of course the place was done up all colorful and nice! A large dance area and plenty of speakers all around so you didn't have to be close up to the action if you didn't wanna be. But why not? I was right up front! I love being in the action. I found a backdrop to take a picture to commemorate the event!

#702 - The Spirit Valley of Kuruk

I feel like this valley calls to me. I like the feel here, very spiritual. It feels like home though. So very warm and welcoming. The markings on the valley stones, walkways, campsite and statues around the whole area give it a native feel to me. The claw marks that bear witness to the history of the valley are still visible if you look for them. This valley is special.

So I fly around just examining the valley in all it's beauty. Looking for the perfect spot to perch upon. There are plenty of nice, high, out of the way spots to settle and get comfortable in and be in solitude which is very much needed. Time to meditate and find out what else the valley wants to say to me.

So there is only one day left of the Fantasy Faire and then the sims disappear into the mists again until next year. I will certainly miss them. I hope you had the chance to visit the Fantasy Faire. Hair Fair is full of incredible styles, newly created for this annual event. Some stores like to add to that by providing Gifts or Dollarbies (often which is also donated) and sometimes this can be hair, or other items they create for their brand. I combed (see what I did there) the Brunette and Noirette sims, and these are the items that I found. So if you missed them on your own trip around the event, this is a good reason to visit us again.

This is also a great place to take newer residents you may encounter during this time of year, as you could start them on their own love affair with Hair, and through the gifts and dollarbies, they could discover stores that become their go to for Hair for years to come.
