We are still in the aftermath of the holidays for a few more days! Then back to the everyday grind! I can really wait for those days again. Although, it doesn't seem like holidays as much as I've been rushing around and then still not getting everything done. But still! Happy Holigays!

 You know, the Holiday Shop n Hop has some really cute displays around the many sims that are available to shop there. So while I was out shopping and hopping I found a cute one to stop by and take a photo.

Very cute holiday displays here. And this time around my entire outfit is from ZFG! This new [Glam Affair] skin is Zara and you can find her at Collabor88 this month thru Jan 6th. Zara is one of two new skins from [Glam Affair]. This is a Bakes on Mesh skin and made for the Lelutka Evo X heads. So you must have one of these heads to wear this skin. The matching body skins are available in the store. This skin is also available in 7 skin tones that match the new Velour Ipanema skin tones. Those matching body skins can be found in the Velour store.

These cute RYL Star Christmas blush tattoos are new in the RYL store now. They are made for the Lelutka Evo X heads. Evo X layers are new to RYL, hopefully many more to come! RYL also has an Advent Calendar too, check over on the Gallery side for the Christmas tree. You will find it there.

So there are so many gifts around this month! You know with Advent Calendars (which are endless by the way!), 12 days of Christmas Gifts (recently started) and Group Gifts for Christmas and other Holidays. RYL has a new tattoo for the EVO X Heads at the UP Event! UP only runs until Dec 15th so there is only a day left to get this one from the event. Then it will be in the store. This is the RYL Stars Christmas applier and bom layers for various heads but includes a new EVO X bom layers too! The EVO X layers are new to RYL. There are 16 different color combos / tattoo variations in the box. Appliers included are AK, Altamura, Catwa, Lelutka, Omega and BoM layers for both classics and the Evo X heads. I've worn the green and red stars in the above photo on the Lelutka Gaia Evo X Head. Don't forget the Dollarbie which is also a Stars Face Tattoo in Gold and Blue Stars for the Evo X Heads.

The creamy skin is new from Stargazer! Stargazer Femme Evo X Cream skin is new in the store and is made to fit the Evo X heads! #866 - Do I have enough of them yet?

I love the holidays! It seems like this time of year came pretty quickly after Halloween passed us by! But I love the decorating and I think I may have gone a little overboard already. My idea was to be living amongst a forest of Christmas trees! I pulled out a Linden Home Premium Gift I got my first year as a Premium Member of SL. I can't recall when that was, but it is a log home. Perfect for what I wanted to do in these pictures! This is not the finished product, but it's a start. So maybe it's not too many...yet!

Yeah I got to decorating early! And glad, so I can see what I have and what I want to keep out or toss away. I have collected so much over the years that I've been in Second Life! So, so, much!

She is a BoM skin and is available in 6 of the new body skin tones from Glam Affair and also in 6 skin tones from the Ipanema Skin Line from Velour! I am wearing Evelyn on the Lelutka Evo X Gaia head but it should wear flawlessly on any other Evo X heads. Evelyn is one of two offerings found at Uber. Uber runs thru Dec 22nd.

Lipstick is by *Booty's Beauty* [Lelutka Evolution] Dark Arts HD Lips. These work perfectly on the Evo X heads as well. I love the Dark Red in this pack!

Maybe I might pick up a few of these still, but who knows! I like them all!

#864 - Visit to Ashemi Remarkable

Well, I decided to take a look at one of the recommended sims from the SL Destination Guide. I saw "Apocalyptic" and I knew I had to see it! So, there I went to visit Ashemi Remarkable. And, of course, I loved it! It wasn't as apocalyptic as I imagined, but parts of it very much are. It is a mix of modern urban and apocalyptic landscapes. It is described that way in the description too! It's not like I didn't know, but the apocalyptic caught my attention immediately.

First, I landed below one of the train stations, so in order to see the city quickly, ascended to the boarding area to buy my tickets and wait on the train. Well, I missed the first one while I was buying tickets so, I thought, no big deal, I'll just catch the next one! But Geez! After a while, I was thinking, "How long until one gets here?" Then it finally arrived. But get on and sit quick, because you do NOT have much time!

This is also the new release at the Hastag Event from RYL! This micro mini dress is the RYL - Erodress Metallic in the Belleza Freya size here. There are 8 colors included in the hud and sizes for Altamura, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink and Tonics. The RYL Erodress is available at the Hashtag Event until Nov 30th! So hurry on by and get it! There is also a Dollarbie Gift there too! You can see that here. It is made for the Classic SLUV skins. It includes Omega appliers and a Bake on Mesh layer too.

These sexy af boots are the (RP) Chain Boots from Roped Passions, and they went wonderfully well with the red Erodress! Sizes for Bellezas, Maitreya and Slinks are included.

I ended up taking a spin around the city and then decided to get off the train at the opposite end from where I landed. This was on the water's edge of the city. Which was great! From the train anyway! I found the apocalyptic area of the city at the water's edge. There is a mixture of both beauty and rocky, abandoned looking shores on this side of the city. There are still pockets of lovely areas sprinkled throughout the whole sim which is nice! I found this sitting area along the shore, not exactly on the shore, but set back and above the dark, rocky shoreline. Lovely with a couple of places here to sit and look over the water. With a beautiful garden just behind the walls behind me!

The perfect place to sit and enjoy my drink!

Finally, I found a surprise while climbing to the top of one of the buildings at Ashemi Remarkable. I took a look across the street from the top of another building, and oh my!!! I see a flying saucer hovering above one of the buildings that I did not see while riding the train or from the streets below! Nor did I hear it! It was so quiet! *shocked face* 

I had a great time wandering here. I will be back! I've heard there is a secret cave underneath the city too! I will be back to find that! I haven't found the entrance yet. There is still lots to explore!

 Taking it easy on a bench I found somewhere in The Guild while I was there last month. And discovered it was a good selfie moment. I am wearing a new skin from Infamous. An over shirt from ZFG, a little something I picked up from the Mad Circus last month too. The shirt was a gift at the event.

#858 - National Black Cat Day

 Did you know October 27th was National Black Cat Day? I had only heard of this as of this year! So, did you treat your black cat special today? I don't have one of my own so I set out a statue of black cats outside and some cat themed pumpkins out too. And, I fed the strays around the house! They must have all knew today was their day because they came out of the woodwork! Some didn't get along with each other either. But all ate well today! I had no idea there were so many stray cats around here!

#857 - Dark, Cute and Inviting

 This is a quaint little home in the woods. Who might be living here? All secluded and such? Who knows but I thought I'd take a look. It was much more inviting than stuff I've seen in movies, so it couldn't be bad or anything like that, right? I mean other than these weird stones on either side of the path to the door... and maybe that weird looking plant (it looks like it has eyes!). I sure hope so.

And it's empty. It sure didn't look empty from the outside! Well, it could have been way worse I guess. Lucky Me!

You can find this darling dark little house at Trick or Treat Lane as an exclusive item from Dragon Magick Wares. The door and the windows open and close. It has just enough space for one or a cozy couple to live in here. Or as some cool decor for your forest or wherever you might want it! At 36 prims, it's not too bad for such detail. Doing the nightly check on the little pretties! Wow, that sounded witchy! Even these little deadlings need love and attention too! So I come by to give them some attention in the dark of night. They love the cemetery. No one bothers them here. Almost never, almost.

The Normandy Jack-O-Lantern Familiar is a new release at Trick or Treat Lane by Dark Passions Events. He is a such a cute one! He is a shoulder attachment and comes with a hud of 9 textures for him. He also has a separate customize hud. There are lighted and non-lighted versions included. Find him in the Normandy booth at Trick or Treat Lane. This event runs thru Nov 1st.

These are the Beauty of Darkness - Skull's Jail Wedges. They are also found at Trick or Treat Lane. I am wearing the Legacy Mesh Body size (high feet), and they include sizes for Ebody, Belleza, Kalhene, Kupra, Maitreya and Slink high feet. Heels with a small jail for small skulls! SKIN - [GLAM AFFAIR] MIHO (DARK ELF) & EVENTYRA CHAINED WEBS NAIL POLISH

The silky skin there is from [Glam Affair]. This is one of the new Miho skins (Dark Elf) that you can pick up at Equal 10. Miho comes in 6 of the new body skin tones from Glam Affair, 8 skin tones matching the Ipanema body tones from Velour. There are brow layers, ear layers, makeups, shape and kitsune makeup and nose layers to use and customize in the box! Lots of items to work with to make your head in your own style. This is the new Lelutka Gaia head, also found at Equal 10, but Miho will look great on any Evo X head you may have.

These nails can also be found at Trick or Treat Lane. These are the Chained Webs from Eventrya. I used the Omega appliers to add them to these mesh nails I wear. One hud, 4 appliers: Omega, Maitreya, Belleza and Slink. 9 different colors in this design. Find more in the Eventyra booth!

RYL ERA DUO HOLLOW OUTFIT (TOP, BELT & JEANS)

This is the RYL Era Duo Hollow outfit. It is a 3 piece outfit consisting of the Top, Belt and Jeans each with huds. The top has 3 textures, jeans and belt hud is not needed but will work with other Duo outfits. This is the 3rd version of this set, and it includes original artwork by the creator. All the Duo huds will work with this outfit as well, so you have more combinations by using those outfits huds. This outfit is currently at the UP Event, which ends on Oct 15th. After this event, find it in the store.

Not pictured is the UP Dollarbie which is a face tattoo for your cheeks, the same tattoo seen below on the hands, but for your face. Sorry I missed that one! But here is the ad for that Dollarbie.

This hand tattoo is a gift in the Meiville's Shop of Horrors Hunt this month. It's a simple but spooky hand tattoo that actually matches one of the textures on the RYL Era Duo Hollow Top and the Belt! It is the perfect addition to the Era Duo Hallow outfit! Find the RYL shop at this event, it is a small broken down house filled with older ex-gachas in the Halloween theme and other in theme items. So make sure to take a look! This hunt runs until Oct 31st.
