#702 - The Spirit Valley of Kuruk

I feel like this valley calls to me. I like the feel here, very spiritual. It feels like home though. So very warm and welcoming. The markings on the valley stones, walkways, campsite and statues around the whole area give it a native feel to me. The claw marks that bear witness to the history of the valley are still visible if you look for them. This valley is special.

So I fly around just examining the valley in all it's beauty. Looking for the perfect spot to perch upon. There are plenty of nice, high, out of the way spots to settle and get comfortable in and be in solitude which is very much needed. Time to meditate and find out what else the valley wants to say to me.

#632 - My Recent Furry Looks!

I have been dabbling into some furry looks recently and loving them! I have two to show you today. I love the bright greens and the dark tones too! And there are so many to be won at the Gacha Guild's The Hallows Event! Along with other avatars of interest. Come take a look. There will be a hunt at the halfway point.

GLUM - DRAXOLOTL TOXIC MARECAGE MOD @ THE GACHA GUILD, THE HALLOWS EVENT

This is the GLUM - Draxolotl Toxic Marecage Mod. This is a win from the GLUM Spooky Scary Draxolotl Gacha. There are 8 in this machine so not too many to collect! I did win one of the Rares and the Ultrarare Draxolotl (at least I did). This was my favorite being green! I've not done a Draxolotl Dragon before, and it was definitely on my list! It also includes an Omega applier so you can use any mesh body that will accept Omega. The textures needed to apply to the parts you need are also included. Take care with these! They are no copy items! I am using the Belleza Freya Mesh Body for this mod.

And now for a darker mod, this one is not new, but new to me! The {SS} Toxic Kami Omega Mod.

This one, the {SS} Toxic Kami Omega Mod, I found on the marketplace, and of course the dark and green mod caught my eye while looking for a Halloween fury mod. Something simple and not too complicated. Which I love the fact that many mods are now (or have been actually) released with Omega appliers. Very easy to work with! I am also using the Belleza Freya Mesh Body with this one. And I have used a different tail than what is called for to make this avatar. This is sold by the .uwu. skin boutique on the marketplace. There is also a new release just in time for the Halloween season too! You can see/buy that one here. I plan to do this one too!

#616 - New in the Neighborhood!

Soccer and I finally scored one of the new linden homes in the Bellisseria neighborhood! We are soooo happy and frankly, still can't believe it!

WINCHESTER LINDEN HOME

So we were surprised to get one really, and then this is not the style we started with, you get all the new home styles to choose from! You can change the style of home you have, plus the exterior colors and interior colors and floors (of course). I was not aware that the style of home, Addams, Alderley, Colonial, Winchester, etc were all available to you. This was a big surprise! So we already had our eyes on a Winchester and that is the style we chose to use. I've found a couple add-ons including the porch shown here. And the walkway had to be added too.

Then the backyard. The L shaped patio and pergolas are add-ons too, found around the neighborhood as I wandered to look at the houses around us. Some are much bigger with larger room additions and some have created their own additions from the materials supplied when you get the home. You get all the textures needed to match your homes exterior and interior so you can build them yourself if you like too!

Find all the add-ons here on the Bellisseria Community Website, there you will find the list of all available add-ons. I wish I had known this before. I was just going into edit to find the creators and then searching for them on the marketplace! Which in many cases was not easy. You will find a lot of information about the area, events, parties, happenings, groups, community center and more.

There is a smaller gift porch for this home at the Blushed store. It is a group gift so you will need the group, but it is free. I just found out it is also on the Marketplace here! So you can just grab it!

I forsee more venturing around the neighborhoods in the near future. I need to beautify the outside too. I will be traversing the areas with my trusty Peep Steed! It's the only thing that travels slowly enough for me not to lose control. Or the covered wagon I found in my inventory but, I think not!

Back to more leisure! I took this break at the perfect time! Been quite busy with the home since we moved in! And still more to do!

DARK PASSIONS - FESTIVAL STARLET - BLACK EDITION NAILS, BOOTY'S BEAUTY DOT EYESHADOW & LASHES,

I was just feeling in a many shades of green mood after winning this hair and finding this lipstick and eyes to compliment it! And I wanted to show you a better picture of these Festival Starlet - Black Edition Nails from Dark Passions. They were in the last post, but it became way too long so I did not add this picture to it! So here they are! Because Stars! And this color goes very nicely with my hand full of gold rings I love to wear. Shown on the Maitreya nails. Again, the Dark Passions/Koffin Nails - Festival Starlet - Black Edition Nails are only at the Cosmetic Fair until July 31st.

Also seen are the *Booty's Beauty* Omega Brows ~ Punk Pixie, *Booty's Beauty* Catwa Lashes Set ~ Dreamy (NEW) and the *Booty's Beauty* Catwa Makeup ~ Dot. I did not tint the eyeshadow, but do know you can tint the white parts of this makeup with your Catwa Huds. The lashes and the Dot Makeup are both new and in the store at *Booty's Beauty*. And I hope you know the store has moved, this is the new link that I am using to get you there. It's a fun sandy beach area with the Lucky Chairs and Midnight Madness Board, and some good music!

The eyes are a new release from AZ Designs. They are the AZ - Mummy Eyes - Yellow. They can be applied to one eye or to both as well. These are applied using Catwa Appliers but there are also Mesh Eye versions of each color. And those come with a hud to manipulate the pupils and make them static or animated. They are available in a fatpack of Mesh only or Applier only sets or in a Fatpack of the same (Mesh or Appliers). These are kinda spooky, I really like that. They also have some World Cup Eyes there too at a great price! So you might find your country's flag among them. There are two sets to choose from for the World Cup Eyes. New in the store.

The shiny lips are the Sintiklia - Lip gloss Shine (Catwa) and it comes with 12 colors and is only for Catwa Heads. I like the dark splotchy and glossy color. This set can be found at the eBento event until July 31st.

And finally, my long locks are the Doe: Shark Bait - Neon from the Doe Shark Bait Gacha at The Epiphany. It had this black and green ombre shade in the Neon hud! This was only $75L to play. Doe caught my eye with their ying yang colored hair. One side can be one color and the other side can be another color so I had to try that out (back then). So they've been on my radar ever since. This hair is no different. You can do that with the Shark Bait Gacha hair too! The Epiphany ends on July 31st.

#450 - Low Lag Avatar Freebie @ The Fantasy Faire

Do you usually go to the Fantasy Faire all dressed up? I do! But sometimes that causes more lag than you might like, so I thought I'd show you this year's Low Lag Avatar created especially for the faire. It is in RFL purple colors and dropped me down to a little over 46k with no other attachements. It is a fully dressed avatar but you can easily throw something over it to cover yourself up more. And there is one for both men and ladies.

And this is the Plastik - Guilded Fae Low Lag Avatar (Store on Pools of Ethuil) freebie at the faire (men and womens in the same package). You will find them at all the landing points of each sim. It comes with the hair, horns and includes mesh eyes (not shown). The clothing is not separate they are permanently on the avatar skin. It's a bikini like outfit and you can easily throw a skirt on over it. It comes with body appliers for Belleza, Slink, Maitreya and Omega and Omega Head Appliers for mesh bodies. I am wearing it on the Maitreya Lara Mesh body. You can see the men's version in the ad at the end of this post.
I have added the boots seen above and I was still under 50k. These are The Dark Fae - Dracichic Leather Boots, a wedge heeled boot in a strappy style up past the calves but not quite to the knees. You can find The Dark Fae on the Sanoria sim at the Fantasy Faire.

Of course I added some eyeshadow, lashes and lipstick to her too! Yup! More *Booty's Beauty* to add some more glam to this beautiful skin! New releases used are *Booty's Beauty* Catwa Makeup ~ Mink (lashes), *Booty's Beauty* Catwa Makeup ~ Metal Bitch (eyeshadow) and *Booty's Beauty* Catwa Makeup ~ Envy. All new releases in the past week. The eyelids were pretty dark on this skin so the Metal Bitch Eyeshadow purple shows nicely on this skin and you can see the lashes much more easily now.
I kept these eyes on since they look soooo great with this skin. They match perfectly! I've used them in a previous post but here they look so amazing with this skin. These are the Touryuumon - Cursed Eyes (Special RFL) and they are Catwa Eye Appliers only. You can find Touryuumon on the Athenaeum Arcana sim.

Finally, I added nails to this that are also in a purple design. The Dark Passions/Koffin Nails - Mal-Fire. This is a new design and found at the Fantasy Faire on the Severina sim. They are applied to the Maitreya Lara Mesh body nails (pointed). And I am wearing all this on the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body and the Catwa Uma Mesh/Bento Head using the Catwa Rigged Eyes.

THE MINKIE AVATAR BY TITANS

Another freebie seen here is the Titans - Minkie Avatar. It is also Bento and includes a hud that operates the movement of the tail. You need to wear this hud to keep the tail moving too. I like the look of this one flying better than walking on the ground, you can use your AO with it but the animations look odd to me. Depends on what kind of AO you have too, I would guess. You will find these avatars at most of the sim landing points. I picked up mine at the Halls of Story. And you will find more avatars from Titans on the Willows of Nienna. This avatar dropped my complexity to 8632k, that is a great number and should help out with the lag!

And again here is one of the new avatars for the faire, this is the Titans - Cheer the Dragonfae Avatar. This one is also bento, but is not a freebie. This will cost you a donation of $199L. Very cute!!! I love this one and the wings move constantly. With this one on my complexity was at 22488k. So not bad at all! And after this picture, I was able to tint it more purple. It is very cute as it is though, as seen above. This one you will find at most landing points but not all of them. Mine I purchased at the Sanoria landing point. You can also find it at the Halls of Story landing point as well.

#407 - Debating In Style

Because I love to be casual so much and I have the hardest time going thru my inventory to find a classy gown or dress...I tend not to dress up too much! So, I tend to add fancy jewelry or other accessories to dress up my casual looks! And this post is one of those times! I was finally done with my rebooting (from the last post) all was well and operational now, but left me with little time to get dressed up for the night... So now I am debating. Do I go like this? Or shall I be fashionably late, and get a bit more dressed up?

#403 - Dreaming Thicket Yew Cloaks For Men and Women @ GENRE

I am not a fan of wandering the forest in the cold. But I'm staying warm in my cloaks every time I go out. Nothing beats staying warm in this weather. Maybe nothing but not going out in it, but that is not an option, I had to make the trek!

DREAMING THICKET - YEW CLOAKS (WOMEN) @ GENRE

Here you see the Dreaming Thicket - Yew Cloaks you can find at the current GENRE event, which ends on Jan 12th. These are made in three sizes, Small,  Medium, and Large in Standard Mesh only. There is a script to hold your arms underneath the cloak while standing and walking. And that works quite well. If not, just remove the cloak and wear it again. For the ladies, I am wearing it on the Belleza Freya Mesh Body with the medium size. And there are sizes for the men folk too!

Here are the Dreaming Thicket - Yew Cloaks for the men folk! All the same colors are available for both genders and the same scripts in both to keep your arms underneath the cloak. This one is made for mesh bodies only and includes the following mesh body sizes: 3 Belleza, 2 Slink and Maitreya. Here are a few colors in the cardigan but you can also change the top as well. 10 colors for the top and 10 patterns for the cardigan. And I just like the white shirt with the white shorties.
