#784 - Enjoying the Warmth!

Remember the days when we could throw on a pair of undergarments so easily? Well, with Bakes on Mesh (BOM), those days are back! So, here is a nice little set that you can throw on in a pinch! When you need some quick cover up!

This set is from RYL and it's the RYL Dessous Glitter Layer Bra and Panty - Gold! There are two ways to wear it. You can throw on the Bakes on Mesh layers directly to your BoM body (Belleza Freya shown), or you can use the included appliers (Altamura, Belleza, Maitreya, Omega and Nana). I know I run into those times when I need some undies (Or would prefer to have some) and the outfit doesn't have any! So these work great! You can now find these in the RYL store. 

I decided to sit out on the porch at home in them since it was so nice outside and just take in the ocean air. There are no homes directly next to my porch and the neighbors are usually not around anyway. So, I'm free to run around in my undies sometimes! And this is nice!

Of course, I did my makeup just in case I did run into someone out there! This a recent releases from *Booty's Beauty*, Santeria Makeup for Lelutka Evolution heads.

Since we are stuck inside so much and not allowed to gather in large groups nowadays, enjoying the solitude outdoors or in our small groups is much more appreciated! And just wandering around enjoying the scenery and the flowers is the perfect thing to take my mind off of the world! Even if just for a little bit!

Good Morning never felt so bright! I must've gotten into something especially radioactive the night before because this morning, I am all shiny, but I am liking it!

[STARGAZER CREATIONS] BODY SHINE MATERIALS - HOLO LOTUS

These shinies body is just one version of the [Stargazer Creations] Body Shine Materials -- Holo Lotus version. There are two versions, the Holo Lotus and Blue Lotus (and a gift version) at The Liaison Collaborative this month ($190L). It moves around your body as you move. This applies to both the head and body if those meshes support Omega Evolved appliers (Maitreya being one which is not updated to support Omega Evolved). Not all bodies/heads support Omega Evolved. Here I am wearing the LOGO Willow head and Belleza Freya Mesh Body, both of which support Omega Evolved appliers. They applied flawlessly to both of these meshes, and they look amazing!

This version is the [Stargazer Creations] Body Shine Matreials - Invaders. This version is at The Man Jail event thru Aug 28th. Make sure you try the free gift versions to see if it works with your mesh head and body. You can try for free! And Catwa recently updated compatibility with Omega Evolved appliers! So go grab that update if you have one of those heads.

You must enable Advanced Lighting in your viewer and wear the included body lights for the effect to show, both male and female versions included in the package. Check it out guys! #448 - To The Warriors - Fantasy Faire Opens

Upon my most recent wanderings, I found something that touched my heart and I had to stop and sit to ponder what the warriors who've gone before us had gone through and what might they be experiencing. I wondered, are they watching from above, from beyond? How strong they were to have to fight this fight. I've not thought of that very often. How brave some are to go thru trials unknown, scary and with no guarantees of a health benefit to themselves or for that matter, their own life. All to find a cure. All simply to learn and hopefully heal, and for the benefit to those of us who come after them. This memorial brought all these thoughts rushing into my head.

HARSHLANDS - [HL] FF2018 MEMORIAL STONE

This is the Harshlands - [HL] FF2018 Memorial Stone. It brought all those thoughts into my head upon first seeing it. I think I may spend some quiet or reflective times here when I need it. The writing says this:

"To the Warriors who fought without giving up -- May your light never fade."

I hope I can keep up this fight too. If the current situation is any predictor, I am going to be well for a good while. I hope that is the case. You never want to be too confident with this disease. It can sneak up on you or return with a vengeance sometimes. But I am so glad others before me have fought this fight too. I know I am not alone and there are many who support this effort every year just to help trying to find a cure. Fantasy Faire this year is going to help fund a Hope Lodge in Kenya for others who also need hope. They also fight. I hope we can raise enough to give them what they need and send more hope their way. You can read more about our mission this (10th) year here.

HARSHLANDS - MYSTIC DOME & THE DARK FAE - ANUBIS GUARDIAN

After my time of reflection, I wandered further and found something larger and as I approached, I grew more curious. It had stairs on all sides and what appeared to be Anubis statues with burning embers on either side of the entrance I was facing. An interesting mix I must say. This was something mystical and well cared for to be so far into this wilderness. A fire burned brightly in the center, but not a normal fire this one is a greenish color...interesting. Different from the fire held by its guardians. I wonder what this could be?

RYL has some new Glossy Gloves for Bento hands at The Point Event this month. These come in bold, bright colors and they fit the Maitreya Lara, Slink and Vista Bento Hands. Take a look at the ones I am wearing on the Maitreya Lara Bento Hands.

#411 - Group Gifts Available @ kisetsu! Don't Miss Them!

Kisetsu has quite a few of their past group gifts out for a while now and I've taken a look at quite a few of them. They are varied in nature and there is a little bit of everything there! And they are all free to members! And the group is free too! So take a look at the few featured here and see what you think, and remember, these in the post are only a few of what is available. Come take a look and see what you might find while they are still available!

KISETSU - HITODAMA - GROUP GIFT

Here is the first I want  to show you. The kisetsu - hitodama and it is one of the many group gifts at kisetsu right now. And from the note inside the folder I see this: What are Hitodama? Hitodama are... kind of like will-o-wisps, in that they're little glowing souls flying around. So I looked into it a little further and found a place where they might show up for me. And that they did!

They are a wearable item and they glow and float or fly around you when you wear them. They come in pairs so there is only one in the folder. But as you see above, I visited a small graveyard and found they are quite happy in this environment. But they still spooked me a bit! 

KISETSU - TANSU - DARK WOOD  & MANEKI NEKO MO (GROUP GIFTS)

Meanwhile, back at home here is some of the decor among the gifts there with a couple Kokeshi Dolls thrown in from the nearby gachas. They are sitting on the Anachron - Step Tansu - Dark Wood. This is one of the group gifts as well, so if you need a spot to display your dolls or anything else small enough to fit on it (but it is modify too), then this should work out for you. 

At the top of the tansu is the kisetsu - Gift - Maneki Neko Mo. This is my lucky cat statue.

#403 - Dreaming Thicket Yew Cloaks For Men and Women @ GENRE

I am not a fan of wandering the forest in the cold. But I'm staying warm in my cloaks every time I go out. Nothing beats staying warm in this weather. Maybe nothing but not going out in it, but that is not an option, I had to make the trek!

DREAMING THICKET - YEW CLOAKS (WOMEN) @ GENRE

Here you see the Dreaming Thicket - Yew Cloaks you can find at the current GENRE event, which ends on Jan 12th. These are made in three sizes, Small,  Medium, and Large in Standard Mesh only. There is a script to hold your arms underneath the cloak while standing and walking. And that works quite well. If not, just remove the cloak and wear it again. For the ladies, I am wearing it on the Belleza Freya Mesh Body with the medium size. And there are sizes for the men folk too!

Here are the Dreaming Thicket - Yew Cloaks for the men folk! All the same colors are available for both genders and the same scripts in both to keep your arms underneath the cloak.
